A: Select your beer and we will deliver to your door on the next available delivery day! Place an order by 4pm and we can deliver the next day; after 4pm will be delivered day after next.

A: San Francisco proper. On-demand delivery is a new service that we are happy to provide on a local scale and hope to expand soon! To gauge interest, please let us know if you live outside of the city and would like to receive on-demand delivery.

Q: Can I specify a delivery date?
A: Beer is delivered on the next available delivery day. If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us by emailing email@example.com or by calling us at (415) 678-5157 during pickup hours (3pm to 7pm weekdays, 1pm to 7pm weekends).
Q: Is there a minimum amount I need to buy?
A: Our delivery minimum is $30.
Q: Is there a delivery fee?
A: $5. Delivery fee waived for orders over $65.
Q: Is there an age requirement for buying beer?
A: To receive your order, you must present your ID to our delivery driver, proving that you are 21 years of age or older. Beer will not be left at your doorstep, so please ensure that you are home. For more information, please see our terms of service:
As a retailer of beer and alcoholic beverages, we require all shoppers to be at least 21 years of age. You must be of legal drinking age to complete an order with this site. To find out more about responsible consumption, visit the Foundation for Advancing Alcohol Responsibility and www.responsibility.org. At the time of delivery, proof of age must be shown to our delivery person via a government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, etc.). Failure to do so will result in forfeit of order.
Q: I have a Laughing Monk gift card. Can I use it for the online store?
A: Unfortunately, you cannot do so at this time. Thank you for buying a gift card! Our gift cards only operate on our in-house computer system. Therefore, they will need to be used at our taproom only.
Q: Can someone who did not place the order accept the delivery (i.e. roommate/partner)?
A: Unfortunately, no. To avoid potential confusion, the person who placed the order does need to receive the order. If you would like to order beer for someone other than yourself, please contact us.
Q: Can I edit/update my order?
A: At this time, edits and updates cannot be made. Please reach out to with any concerns.
Q: What happens if the beer I order runs out?
A: Good question. Sometimes, unexpectedly, we will move through inventory before we are able to process an order. Should this happen, our team will reach out to let you know.
Q: What happens if I miss my delivery?
A: Our driver will call you upon arrival and wait for five minutes. Should we miss you, we will send you an email notification and attempt to deliver the following day. Should we miss you again, your beer can be picked up at our Taproom. We will hold twice missed deliveries in the Taproom for 3 days, after which you will forfeit your order; unfortunately we cannot offer refunds under these circumstances.
Q: What do I do if I receive the wrong order?
A: So sorry! Please contact us and we will work to deliver the beer you ordered.

A: All beer sales are final. For questions concerning an order, please contact us.
